Introduction

By combining scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) and differential phase contrast (DPC) imaging, reveal the atomic and electronic structures of advanced functional ceramics at the sub-angstrom scale and analyze their electrical and magnetic properties. By using advanced electron microscopy and constructing model materials (e.g., bicrystals), investigate the properties of materials at the atomic scale and explore their potential functionalities.
