Focus the researches on key general scientific issues of nanostructured metallic materials during practical applications. The main research interests including: the fabrication of novel hierarchical nanostructured materials and their microstructure-performance relationships under typical application conditions, and diffusion and surface alloying of nanostructured metals. Investigate the microstructure-property relationships, failure mechanisms and optimization routes of novel nanostructured metals under typical application conditions, such as fatigue, wear and corrosion. We aim to produce nanostructured metals with outstanding application performances.
