On March 4th, 2020 Shenyang National Laboratory for Materials Science (SYNL) held an on-line technology docking meeting with Huawei. Li Xiuyan, Deputy Director of SYNL, Li Xin, General Manager of Huawei Liaoning Digital Government Business Department, as well as Wang Buyun,  Head of Huawei Liaoning Networking Hardware Design,  presented at this meeting.

Researchers and staffs from Materials Kinetics Division, Metallic Nano-Materials Division, Advanced Ceramics and Composites Division, Advanced Carbon Division, Joint Research Division, Computational Materials Design Division, Technology Administration Office as well as SYNL Office attended this meeting.

Both sides exchanged ideas on the specific areas of future cooperation and discussed the follow-up work.

Leveraging on Huawei Cloud, the meeting is an attempt of carrying out works with information technologies, which is fully in line with the decision-making deployment and work requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the prevention and control of the COVID-19. This meeting also received support from the Information Office of Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Science.
