Introduction

The strategic planning objectives refer to research on polysaccharide nanocrystals, biomimetic porous materials, high-energy metal/metal hydride nano-powders and other new basic materials, developing series of novel technologies of efficient green assembly based on physical, chemical, and mechanics principles, obtaining the relationship between structure and function of assembly, establishing a R&D platform of new materials featured with objective function-orientation, technological means of assembling, and starting point of characteristics of basic materials, aiming at becoming a scientific research team with internationally influence.
