Carry out the device fabrication and performance evaluation on nanocarbon-based thin-film transistors, and the optimized design of nanocarbon-based integrated circuits. Investigate the fabrication of flexible electronics using a low-cost technique. The research will demonstrate the unique properties of nanocarbon-based circuits including electricity, transparency and flexibility, and will pave the way to the goal of developing large-scale novel flexible electronics based on carbon nanotube and graphene.
